About this Boulder Realtor

I live in Boulder because I love the area and all it has to offer. I sell real estate in and around Boulder because I love making deals happen while helping others realize their dreams with home ownership and investing.

I know and love the Boulder area. I grew up in Loveland, CO - went to the University of Colorado and have lived in Boulder since 1995 with a brief intermission when I went to Santa Cruz, CA for a summer and then one year we went out to Firestone, CO for a rehab project. This background allows me to give my clients, informed and thoughtful guidance about the Boulder, Denver and Colorado Front Range Area. In addition, I understand from personal experience the difficulties buyers and sellers can deal with, and that has made me determined to overcome, or avoid altogether the obstacles that face my clients. Buying and selling real estate can be lot of fun - and being a Realtor is more than selling homes. It is about people, relationships and community. It is about the way we choose to live.

I started my real estate career as an investor. I was mentored by two nationally known ”guru’s” – one who happened to live in Golden, CO. And I closed over 20 personal deals before becoming a Boulder realtor. This real world education has given me experience with many transactions both traditional and unconventional such as owner financing, lease options, bank/REO owned and HUD homes. I believe that educated clients are my best clients, so I dedicate time to laying out options and developing personalized strategies that meet each client's needs.

I live in Boulder with my husband, Brendan, and enjoy hiking, running, snowboarding and yoga as well as cooking and writing. I have a background in advertising and we have a web design company:Invest-O-Matic, LLC an online marketing service offering professionally designed template websites to real estate investors. Because of my love for real estate and knack for making deals happen, I chose to become a licensed real estate agent available to help you achieve your goals with buying or selling a home. I chose to become a Boulder, CO Realtor because I believe in holding myself to a higher standard.

Tidbits about this Boulder, CO Realtor

Q: What's my favorite Restaurant?
A: Depends on what I'm in the mood for. I live in South Boulder (So Bo) so Carelli's is always a favorite, especially on a cold night when Italian is sure to hit the spot. I love sushi too. Sushi Tora or Japango are also good. Lots of people love Sushi Zanmai. I find it a little more focused on sake than sushi. But, hey if that is your thing...

Q: What's playing on my ipod?
A: Again depends on the mood...right now I am loving older Groove Armada and always like anything I can dance too.

Q: Why Real Estate?
A: I have learned (and still continue to learn) so much through my own investing I felt compelled to share with others the things that work as well as my mistakes to help others sell or buy their property in a quick and easeful way.

Q: Why Boulder?
A: See home page picture of the Flatirons. Okay, that is just part of it..I have always loved the vibe of Boulder. It hosts a major university so there is a constant newness and obvious youthful feel, in addition to CU there is Naropa, The Shambala Center and the respect for our environment that carries over to an awareness of honoring the outdoors. Bottom line, Boulder just has a great lifestyle (restaurants, recreation, access to the mountains, abundance of sunshine, etc).
